Our maps and tax records show that the above structure was built in 1907
and the first owner of record was J. C. Anthony
Other comments: Later research indicates that J. C. Anthony built the house in
the summer of 1907, after assessments were recorded. It was used
as a rental. The 1907 directory lists Luis Escobar, a laborer as
living there.
Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no
charge. You will be notified when plague is ready * f /39 10¢\544 . 3-4 months.
Structure is not eligible for a plague at this time because:
Built after 1901.
Remodeled beyond recognition.
