Dear Sir:
We handle the surety bond business of N. C.
Jannsen d/b/a N. c. Jannsen Drilling Company of Seattle,
Washington and we have been instructed by Mr. Jannsen
to execute surety bond to cover well drilling job at
Granite Falls, as per conditions of contract entered
into on April 9th between the Town of Granite Falls and
Mr. Jannsen.
We are pleased to enclose herewith United Pac-
ific bond No. 2758 covering. This bond is signed by
Mr. Jannsen and by the writer as attorney in fact for the
bonding company.
We are also enclosing herewith Power of Attorney
as evidence to the Town of Granite Falls of our authority
to execute this bond.
7 The premiun is $37350 and We have been instructed
by Mr. Jannsen to bill the Town of Granite Falls for same.
Duplicate invoice is herewith enclosed and if you will
kindly forward us the necessary voucher we will promptly
execute and return same to you.
