structure was actually built early in that year, or late in the previous year.
The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Lulu W.
Bambauer
Other Comments: Pacific Improvement Company owned both lots through 1913 and only lot 14 through
1915. Isaac Wilson owned lot 15 in 1914-15. Both lots were vacant through 1915. Information on the
house after 1928 may be found at the Community Development Department. Also, the library may have
info on the Bambauer family in their early history files ofP.G.
