condition:
This is a single story house with gabled roof (asphalt sheets) over baard
and batten siding with plain frieze under the eaves. The structure is
basically a cube with additional room on one end. There is a flat roof-
ed portico over the main entrance with carved pilaster caps and capitals
on supporting posts. The windows are segmented 2/2 or 1/1, except for
a window which has been added to one side which is single paned. Some
of the windows have slanted hoods and brackets. Horizontal siding is
at the foundation.
