"Mr. And Mrs. Oliver Watson, Monterey, will move into a new home at 935
Forest avenue early in March. Excavation for the cellar got under way this week, and
actual construction will begin soon. The house will be a single family residence ofthe
Cape Cod Type, white, with green shutters. It will have seven rooms. Two bedrooms will
be on the second floor, in a gable and dormer window arrangement which will almost
niake the second story appear to be part ofthe first. There will be one more bedroom
downstairs. The heating plant will be housed in a large concrete basement. According to
the plans the double garage next to the alley running behind Forest avenue will form a
separate unit, with an entrance from the alley. When completed, the structure will cost
approximately $5500. Goodale Bros. are the contractors."
