Myrtle W. Tabke of Corvallis
died Thursday. She was 88.
She was born in Olympia,
Wash, to Sadie and Pearl
Willey. After graduation from
high school in Shelton, Wash,
she attended business college
in Seattle.
She married Robert S.
Tabke in 1938, and they lived
in Shelton. In 1960, the family
moved to Parsippany, N.J.,
where she was a hospital vol-
unteer for many years. 111.1974,
the couple retired to Cervlillis.
She was a member of the
Assistance League, PEO, Good
Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary
and the Episcopal Church Altar
Guild. She was a 35-year mem-
ber of the Welcome Chapter of
Eastern Star and served as
chapter organist for several
years as well as serving as wor-
thy advisor to the Shelton
Rainbow Girls.
Survivors include her hus-
band; son, Robert B. of Los
Altos, Calif.; daughter, Nancy
T, Ooms of Morris Plains, N.J.;
four grandchildren; and a
great-grandson.
A family service will be held
at the chapel of the Episcopal
Church of the Good Samaritan.
Interment will be at Oak Lawn
Cemetery. .DeMoss~Durdan

arrangements.

of the Good Samaritan.
