Re: 414 Granite Street-window replacement
Dear Ms. Holston:
This letter is in response to your memo dated March 8, 2005, concerning the window
replacement at your residence. The Architectural Review Board approved Architectural
Approval Application No. 3427-05 at a public hearing held January 25,2005, to allow
existing windows to remain that were installed without permits or approvals subject to
replacing the vinyl windows with wood windows on the front elevation only. A copy of
the minutes from the meeting is enclosed for your reference.
The diagram submitted does not include the divided panes that were originally present on
the largest front window. The new wood windows on the front of the house are required
to match the original wood windows that were previously removed, photos ofthe original
wood windows should be used for reference.
Please contact me when the windows have been installed in compliance with the
Architectural Review Board approval.
Sincerely,
Barbara Nelson'
