Karen-Jean Munoz, foreign language professor, said "We have a crucial need at both North and Downtown because neither , one of those has a decent language support system for foreign language students. Over the past three years the highest ranking they have achieved has been number 3. ‘ FCCJ Coach Lyndal Worth said, "What the National Poll means is that we are the team that should win. It's a great compliment to our program and our school to even be considered one of the'top five teams in the nation." Worth said, "We don‘t focus our attention on one particular game. We will prepare for the State/Regional Tournament the same way we prepare for any other game.
