Our maps and tax records show that the above structure was first assessed in: 1927 This means the
structure was actually built early in that year, or late in the previous year.
The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Margaret
Parker
Other Comments: As of 1926, there was no house on this lot. The 1926 Sanborn map shows no
structure. The 1926 Tax Assessor's book shows the vacant lots owned by Charles & Louise Sutton.
A building permit was taken out on October 4, 1926 to build this house and it was built
in 1927. The 1928 assessment record at the Planning department lists the age as one year old.
The owner's name in 1928 was Margaret Parker. We have no infonnation on Margaret Parker.
Plague Status: U Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no charge.
You will be notified when plague is ready. It could take 4 to 6 months.
