During this site visit the Building Official ofthe City ofPacific Grove has determined the following areas to be in a dilapidated condition and beyond repair: • Front porch; • detached garage; • all existing windows; • rear of the building as identified on sheet 3; and • all siding below the bellyband. During the review process it would be advisable to have a repair plan for any additional damage discovered during the contraction phase of this project.
