Built in 1901 - according to PG City records.
MPH article 5/8/65 indicates that the property was acquired by a Cleveland
banker, J.J. Osborne, who made it a showplace of the Peninsula.
The house changed hands many times during the ensuing years and served
as a boarding house for college students at the time it was taken over
by Beacon House in September 1961.
