Dear Nancy:
Your letter of inquiry, dated April 21, 2007, regarding a
plague request for 510 Fountain Ave., was researched by the
Pacific Grove Heritage Society's Research Team. We were
sensitive to the fact that your original request was turned
down in April of 2008. A proposal was presented to The
Heritage Society Board of Directors for consideration. It was
the opinion of the Board, that although you home was
architecturally attractive, it was not eligible for a plague
because past remodeling efforts had compromised the
original historical character of the home, based on older
photographs.
Although we are unable to approve your request we do
thank you again for your interest.
If you have any further questions please contact the P.G.
Heritage Society at .
Thank you again for your interest.
