March 16, 2004 Mr. John D. Billstrom, Research Director The Heritage Society of Pacific Grove P. O. Box 1007 Pacific Grove, CA 93950 Re: Address: 141 19th Dear Mr. Billstrom, My husband and I would like to thank you and the Heritage Society of Pacific Grove for the wonderful information you sent on his great-grandmother's home. Mrs. Marion Ball Jenkins (M.B. Jenkins) was Tom's great-grandmother and lived in the home with her daughter Marion Jenkins until they moved to Antioch. According to the 1930 U.S. Census the house was occupied by Marion Jenkins' daughter, Ina Willams', son Thomas, along with Ina Williams' son-in-law Edgar Mauzey, wife Ruth and children Janis and Walter Mauzey. Six people in that little house must have been very cozy. Janis Mauzey was my husband's mother. We don't know how long the family occupied the house or when the property was sold, but the family lived in Pacific Grove for many years. The information you sent about the property on 1 gth adds more interest to my husband's family history. We are enclosing a check as a donation to the Heritage Society and again, thank you for your efforts.
