Bill Foster comments Modern, open 2 story home Maximize glass to capture views, "use view shed" Built in spirit of coastal communities of California Honoring constraints of small house on small lot as found in coastal communities building along water front Simplicity was catch phrase Less is more Able to open up feeling of house as the house has the advantage of being on a corner with great views Jim Hebert was the driving force for design of the house. He became ill during design/construction phase and died before he was able to walk through his completed home. Ronni was very supportive as well. All interior built-ins designed by Mr. Foster (with owner input) h. 3 bedroom, 2 baths Main living area of home is on second story to take advantage of spectacular ocean front views i.
