In the Fall of 1941, the Gould clan gathered at Long Beach to observe the Golden Wedding An- niversary of Charles Philip Gould, Sr., and May Talkington Gould. At that time "The Golden Jubilee" made its appearance and included much information concerning the family. It seemed a good idea to try to bring things up to date in this issue, but that has proved to be more of a job than the editor bar- gained for. However, the following is at least a partial list of the goings-on since the last celebra- tion: Rosamond Robinson has married John E. Jaqua (Feb. 27, 1943) and added to the clan have been James Boyden Jaqua, Anne Jaqua and Jon Victor Jaqua. Franklin Willard Robinson, Jr., married Joan Larrimer (Mar. 4, 1943) and the results thus far are: Gail Robinson and Franklin Wil- lard Robinson III. Meanwhile, Phil and Gen Gould have provided Suzanne with two sisters and a brother: Patricia, Denise and Charles Philip Gould III. Just look at those Heringers ! Donald and Agnes have provided Carol Elizabeth with two sisters and a brother: Janice, Michael John and Susan Genette. Bud (John, Jr.) and Marjorie, married Jan. 18 1942. Present re- sults: Hope Anne and John F. Heringer III. George and Barbara, married Oct. 24, 1948. No consequences thus far. ( Let's not rush them !) Those Holmes girls are keeping pace: Roxana C. Holmes, who married Herbert B. Blanks on May 26, 1937, has provided George Anth- ony. Blanks with two brothers: Herbert Elliott and Donald Allen Blanks. Ruth Louise Holmes married William Andrew McCampbell, Jr., Feb. 2, 1944. See what's happened: William Andrew McCampbell III, Frank Allen McCampbell and Tho- mas Holmes McCampbell!
