Report on Plague Request December 28, 2015 A. 372 Junipero Avenue Request for Plague by Stephanie Sullivan. R. Steres This home was originally built in 1900, then owned by Laura M. Kirscheimer according to the lot & block cards in the barn. The Sanborn Maps show the original cabin was there in 1905 and not there in 1897. The Tax Record show that improvements existed as early as 1904, owned by Laura M. Kirscheimer. It has not changed locations; it is on the corner of 10th and Junipero but used the address 519 10th St. earlier suggesting that the entry may have faced 10th. Also, the earlier APN was Blk. 133, Lots 17 & 19 3rd Addition. The Sanborn Map indicates that it was a 1-story home, about 14'x 18', with shingle roof and brick chimney. The 1926 Map shows a 3' addition on Junipero, a 3' (approx.) addition on the 10th St. side and a 4' (approx.) addition on the east side extending into the backyard and indicates that the house is now 1-1/2 stories. The original house is virtually encased in a larger shell. In 1940 we have a Building Permit indicating a 2-story house with a raised roof one side (still evident) and a new interior stair. It seems to have remained substantially unchanged until early this year (2015). 6 4/,OU , OCR Text: Report on Plague Request December 28, 2015 A. 372 Junipero Avenue Request for Plague by Stephanie Sullivan.
