Mrs. ScOvell lived almost 60 years on her homestead prop- erty. Today her many grandchildren in north Tillamook County remember her fondly. Extensive written records portray the lives of Mrs. Gerritse and Mrs. Recher. With the biographies as a base, scenes were added about events women might have eicperienced throughout . their man lifetimeson the North Oregon 'coast.
