Mrs. McCartney was born on November 21, 1931 in Cottage Grove, Oregon, Her husband, Dennis “Smokey” McCartney, preceded her in death in 1989‘ Three children also we ceded her in death, Travis McCarty ney and twins Kenny and Keith Ewing.
