See inside for more information. Past auc- tions have benefited the museum by generating Operating Funds. I am pleased to announce the Operating Fund is in good shape and this year all proceeds will go towards the Phase 2 building project. It is critical that we keep building and create more display space in a 13,000 sq. ft. + building on site. China Lake leadership supports our mission and our need to grow in the future. A preliminary 3-D model of our proposed site and building layout is now located in the conference room at 130 E. Las Flores Ave. Stop by and check it out. What ever fits your schedule. Saturday and substitutes are especially needed. Artifact Inventory Updating: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Database already exists, need help updating. May take 2-3 hours per month. Dinner Auction Team: Get involved.... Our meetings are on Flex Fridays at In- yokern Bernardino's for breakfast 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM. The next scheduled meeting s are Friday, March 22nd, and on Friday, April 5th.
