Sewage; E/kr/o 5 Kathleen Nadeau Kathleen Marie Nadeau, 45, died on August in Olympia after a short illness. She had lived in Shelton for the past 27 years, She was born on March 15, 1960 in Fort Ri— ley, Kansas. During her youth, her family moved a number of times, living in K an s a 5, Wyoming, Ger- many, Washing- ton and Utah, She spent most of her teenage ,’ years in Utah, where she met her husband, Dave Nadeau. They were married on October 1, 1977 in Utah They moved to Shelton in 1978‘ Her family and service in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints were the most import ant things in her life. She had a desire to learn and better herself, her family‘said. During the past few years, she returned to school and earned an associate’s degree while working full time. Mrs. Nadeau was an accomr plished artist, poet, writer and teacher. She loved to spend time working on her home and garden. Kathleen Nadeau She worked as an educational assistant at Shelton High School for more than 10 years. Her stu7 dents and those she worked with were very important to her and she enriched a lot of lives. She went beyond what was expected to try to help those who needed her, her survivors said. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gretta Kirton, sister Barbara Kirton, brother Gary Kirton, and daughter Amanda Brooke Nadeau. Surviving are husband David Nadeau of Shelton; sons David Nadeau and his wife Carolyn and their daughter Lacy Brooke of Olympia, Jeremy Nadeau and his fiancee Melissa Peterson and his son Jared of Shelton, Christopher Nadeau and 'his wife Kelly of Shelton, and Timothy Nadeau, who is serving on a church mis sion in San Francisco, California, Also surviving are father Robe ert Kirton of Shelton; brothers Richard Kirton and his wife of Phoenix, Arizona, Curtis Kirton and his wife, and Brian Kirton and his wife, all of Shelton; sister JoAnne Childers and her husV band of Shelton; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held on Monday, August 8, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
