The best part about Andy though
is the relationships that he devel-
oped while he was with Us. He
would spend his time off helping
his friends and spending time with
his family. Andy loved everyone
and treated beanie with respect
and courtesy. He had a wonder-
ful sense of humor and was so tun
to be around,
He never wasted any time while
he was with us. Chances are that
if you knew Andy, your fondest
memories include him because he
was there for people. Andy will be
sorely missed. He leaves behind
his father and mother, Jeff and
Teresa Oien; sister. Angela Hix
(Cody); niece,McKenzy; younger

aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and
family that loved him beyond
words. Andy had met and fallen
