and the first owner of record was J. A. C. Gunter

enlarged with an addition on the right side (see 1897 map).
Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no
charge. You will be notified when plague is ready (8 - 10 weeks).
Structure is not eligible for a plague at this time because:
Butlt after 1901.
Remodeled beyond recognition.
x Other: Stucco exterior added sometime after 1926.
Enclosed please ftnd: Tax assessor information thru 1926.
