this house because I copied it and gave it to the new owner. The
house was built in 1913, and I remember that it said there were three
rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. At a later date the place
was divided into 4 small apartment units.
I either found it in the 'regular' 16th Street file at City Hall or in
the special older file to the far left of the bank of file cabinets.
I'd like to get this taken care of in the next few months so the new
owner can hang it when he gets the paint work finished.
