Paciflc Coast for viewing the big bat-
tleship fleet. The boats can and will
anchor close to the shore, thus giving
visitors a Ane view of the war ships.
Thls is the only point on Monterey
where the boats can and do anchor
close to · shore, and it is the only
place in Monterey bay where the
ashermen can leave their boats in

it is th only place where small boats

has more small boats than any other
place on the bay, and you will not
have to wait for a boat to visit the

The harbor is proteceted, making
