The proposed meeting on the 8th sounds fine. I need NEGPer, to ask a favor ofthe Board. Would you
please do a drive by on the B&B on 138 10th St., before our next meeting. The plague request was
presented to the Board at our November 13th meeting. A consensus was really not reached because the house
appeared to be a bit ragged and in need of some work. However, some Board members felt that although it
was a little rough, that as a historical structure it deserved a plague. Ifyou would please check the structure
out prior to our next Board meeting and decide whether or not you feel you can support a plague or not it
would be appreciated. The plague request will be reintroduced at our next Board meeting. Thank you.

Subject: Next Board Meeting
Hello All,
I hope that all you all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to a fun, safe New Years Eve. Since Rox and
Craig traveled to New Hampshire and had a real white Christmas Carl and I stayed close to home as we had furry family to
take care of and were able to spend time with wonderful friends during the Holiday.
Nowthat 2013 is smacking us in the face it is time to move on down the road and start "A NeW'
We will be having our Board Meeting on TUESDAY JANUARY 8, 2013. Attached for your review and keeping is a list of all
of our Board Members and their terms. Several of us are coming up in
January as our Leader pointed out. I plan on staying with the Board and I hope that the rest of you will join me as we look
forward to a new and energized year.
Our nominating committee has been set by Steve so in order to help them out, 1 would appreciate it if you all would take a
look at your terms and let us know as soon as possible your intentions. This will help the committee know how many new
board members they need to look for OH DID WE TELL YOU THE RULE THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE BOARD
UNTIL YOU FIND YOUR OWN REPLACEMENT- OH APRIL FOOLS (early).
But seriously we need every member that we have but understand if you choose to move on.
While I am at it, and since our meeting is coming up, as per Steve at our last meeting, we hope to be discussing things that
are in real need of addressing and changes we might want to consider.
There will be an agenda of these things, but also want your input for anything you would like to bring to the table.
Long winded but......... HAVE A VERY WONDERFUL NEW YEAR and looking forward to seeing you all Jan 8, 2013 at
6PM.
