'Safety-Gram.
In this Joyous season of Christmas, with its eternal renewal of
"Peace on earth. to men of good will," there is a quiet spell which
pervades the air ... a feeling of goodfellowship among all men ...
a warmth and graciousness ... a renewed belief in the dignity, the
blgh destiny of all mankind.
But despite the beauty and human warmth which prevail during
the festival of Christmas ... despite the renewed promise of life and
hope ... despite the interest and concern of men in their common
problems-there is an ugly. black picture of suffering found in the
high toll of persons k1lled or injured in traffic accidents this month.
Paradoxical as it may seem ...
MORE PEOPLE ARE KILLED IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
ON CHRISTMAS DAY THAN ON ANY OTHER
DAY IN THE YEAR!
