This is not a hardship case nor is it a situation where a] expanding family needs more space in their home. It is ai example of a developer changing the characteristics, and therefore the character, of a neighborhood. If the objective is to preserve this structure and the character of the neighborhood, then let's do it. If you don't want it preserved, then the developers should try for demolition and be forced to build within the current building and zoning codes. I think it should be preserved. Sincerely, Adam W.
