Jack Ramon Kalinoski Jack Ramon Kalinoski, died Friday, Sept. 30 of cancer. He was born Sept. 14 in Spokane to Frank and Cordelier Kalinoski. He graduated in 1944 from Shelton High School and attended Washington State University and be- came a civil engineer. He was the city engi- neer for Prineville, Ore, and Klamath Falls and Multnomah County. He worked for the ' Associa- ., tion of : tors 3 their lob- byist, public affairs manager Kalinoski and even- t u a l l y (0/d7/fl president of the Oregon chapter of the AGC. He continued arbitration into his 805. His many friends were senators, governors and a few presidents, his fam- ily shared. He enjoyed a full life and never slowed down his family said. His family said he was an avid golfer and his great- est joy was spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Marva of Gresham, Ore.; children Wendee Roberts of Pueblo, Colo., David Kalinoski of Port- land, Ore., and Julie Miklethun of Shelton; 10 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, Hannah and Jordyn. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gerald and first wife Patricia Young.
