The three houses at 219,219 !4 and 221 18 Street were all built in 1905/1906. The first owner was William A. Oyer, who lived at 153 106 Street and used these houses as rentals. Mr. Oyer was the foreman/manager ofthe Bay City Meat Market at 207 Forest Avenue in Pacific Grove. According to the tax records, the houses were sold as a group, at least through 1926. Enclosed is the tax assessor information card through 1926, as well as a copy of a page from the 1926 Sanborn insurance map. Also enclosed is apage from the 1926 City Directory where I highlighted the names ofthe tenants at that time. I hope this information helps you.
