Approve the Architectural Permit subject to the recommended findings, conditions of
approval, and Class 31, section 15331, Historic Resources, Class 1, section 15301(e),
Existing Facilities CEQA exemption.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project proposes a 429 sq. ft. single story addition on the east side of the existing
single story 1,502 sq. ft. residence for a total square footage of 1,931.
A Phase II Historic Report was prepared by PAST Consultants, LLC, a qualified
architectural historian, in June of 2019. The report evaluates the proposed alterations for
conformance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
