Chest; Rosenbérg A lifelong resident of the Shelton area, Chester Rosenberg died April 16 at Evergreen Convalescent Center in Olympia, He was 90 years old. Mr, Rosenberg was born Febru- ary 7, 1895 in Shelton. He was a World War I veteran and a charter member of the Agate Grange, and held membership in the Skokomish, Pomona and Washington State Grange organizations. ’ ' He was a member of the Mason County Historical Society and belonged to the United Methodist Church in Shelton. The Rosenbergs farmed and raised Christmas trees at their home on the Skokomish River, Surviving are his wife, Clara Rosenberg of the family home; a son, Verne Rosenberg of Shelton, a daughter, Beverly Godwin of Shel- ton', two sisters, Elsie Brislawn of Shelton and Selma Kuratko of Texas; {our grandchildren; and tour great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, April 19, at McComb and Batstone Funeral Home.
