Thomas R. lngham
Thomas Reed Ingham, 88, a life
time resident of Olympia, died of
natural causes Sunday, May 5, 1996,
in St. Peter Hospital, Olympia.
He was born Aug. 19, 1907, in
Olympia to Dr. CW. and Emma
(Reed) Ingham.
He graduated from Culver Milir
tary Academy and the University of
Washington, He graduated Phi Beta
Kappa from Harvard Medical
School.
He married Doreen Mitchell in
Berlin N H in 1934.
Dr. Ingham started practicing
medicine in Olympia in 1936. He
was one of the founders of Memor-
ial Clinic,
He was a member of the Olympia
School Board, Fellow American Col-
lege of Surgeons, Olympia Rotary,
St. John‘s Episcopal Church, Wash
ington State Medical Licensing
Board and past president of the
Olympia Oyster Co.
Dr. Ingham is survived by Doreen
T. lngham, Olympia; two sons, Dr.
G,W. Ingham II, Kalispell, Mont,
and T.R. Ingham Jr, Olympia; and
eight grandchildren. He was pre
ceded in death by his daughter,
Nancy lngham Kelley, in 1977.
A private family graveside ser-
vice will be held in Masonic Memor-
ial Park, 'mmwater.
The family suggests memorial
donations be made to a favorite
charity.
