He was past master of Union City Lodge F. and AM., a, member of Shriners, a member of the Thurston-Mason County Bar Association and American Bar Association, and belonged to the Elks Lodge No. 2476. Mr. Ragan was active in the Tumwater Council of Boy Scouts and in his children’s school and athletic activities. He was an army veteran of the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn, and children Craig, Debbie and Alex, all of the family home in Shelton; his stepmother, Tinye Regan of BatOn Rouge, Louisiana; and two sisters, Ethel Bmpbaoher of Baton Rouge and Jennie Lee Ragan of Los Angeles, California.
