July 22 & 24 – Special programs at Chautauqua Hall July 27 (afternoon) – A community gathering at the First Methodist Church October 4 – Join us at the Pt. Pinos Lighthouse for an evening of live music, great food, and scenic views. October 4 & 5 – A fun- fi lled weekend with croquet, birdhouse auction & local history Sesquicentennial Celebration in July!! On June 1,1875, Methodist Ministers signed papers creating the Paci fi c Grove Retreat Association. Now, 150 years later, we’re celebrating. We will have two special nights, July 22 and 24, in Chautauqua Hall and Sunday afternoon the 27th at the First Methodist Church. At each event attendees will have an opportunity to donate to the restoration of Chautauqua Hall. More details will be emailed soon. Chautauqua Hall fundraiser update Thanks to the many kind and generous Heritage Society members and local donors, the fundraiser for Chautauqua is increasing on a daily basis. We have reached over 70% of our estimated goal and are currently working on several grant requests. If you have not already donated, please join us in this important endeavor. We want to preserve this historic building and be able to enjoy it for years to come.
