They were all built and owned bythe Pacific Grove Realty Company and used as rentals. The officers and owners ofthe Pacific Grove Realty Company were F.M. Basham (president), S.L. Fritz (vice-president) and A.H. Powers (secretary). Their office was located at 204 M Forest Avenue. According to the 1926 City Directory, they were all vacant, except for 107 Forest. Perhaps 107 Forestjust happened to be the first one ready for occupancy. A pharmacist, Ray A. Honodel and his wife Helen rented the house and resided there in 1926.
