Our maps and tax records show that the above structure was built in 1902
and the first owner of record was Kate Coffin
Other comments: Kate Coffin had the house built in 1902 and owned it through at least 1926.
Unfortunately, we have no information on Kate Coffin.
Perhaps she lived elsewhere and this was a summer or vacation home.
