don Rublin August 9, 1943
in Seattle. She was em-
ployed by the Washington
State Department of Social
Services as a senior super-
visor in Shelton.
Mr. and Mrs. Rublin trav-
eled to many places together
taking a six-month around-
the-world tramp steamer
trip. Mrs. Rublin was a vol-
unteer for Meals-on—Wheels,
the Senior Center of Shelton
and AARP. She was also af-
filiated with the Grays Har-
bor Olympians hiking club,
the Mason County Senior
Activities Association, the
Nature Conservancy and
the Sierra Club.
She had no children and
no surviving brothers or
sisters. She was preceded
in death by her brother
Joe Nail of Spokane. She is
survived by members of an
extended family: Jan Lowe
of Mercer Island, Joanne
Gallagher of Studio City,
California, Alexandra Lam-
pert of Sumner, Janette
Elizabeth
Rublin
Pollock Ranow of Cocoa
Beach, Florida, Rick Nail of
Hayden, Idaho, Greg Nail of
Spokane, David Nail of Spo-
kane and Bruce Richardson
of Kent.
Her ashes will be spread
with her husband’s.

ty‘s Kids, the Mason County
Historical Society, the Ma-
son County Senior Activities
Center or the City of Shelton
