He was 57 years old Born in Shelton April 17, 1928, he was a resident with Excep- tional Foresters here for 11 years prior to moving to Centralia last year, His interests included activist groups for the mentally handi- capped and a love for singing and dancing to western music He was a participant in the Special Olym- pics programr Surviving are his mother, Helen House of Tacoma; two brothers, Irvin L, Valley of Tukwila and Edward Valley of Elma; a sister, Gloria Legacy of Tacoma; and numerous nieces and nephews, Graveside services were held in the Garden Chapel at Shelton's Memorial Park August 23 with Pastor Roland Huber officiating.
