August 20 in Chehalis. He was 57
years old Born in Shelton April 17,
1928, he was a resident with Excep-
tional Foresters here for 11 years
prior to moving to Centralia last
year,
His interests included activist
groups for the mentally handi-
capped and a love for singing and
dancing to western music He was
a participant in the Special Olym-
pics programr
Surviving are his mother, Helen
House of Tacoma; two brothers,
Irvin L, Valley of Tukwila and
Edward Valley of Elma; a sister,
Gloria Legacy of Tacoma; and
numerous nieces and nephews,
Graveside services were held in
the Garden Chapel at Shelton's
Memorial Park August 23 with
Pastor Roland Huber officiating.
Burial and arrangements were
under the direction of McComb and
Batstone Funeral Home
