Mrs. Dickey gave birth to twins in August 2005. She was described by her family as a devoted wife and mother. She owned and operated a medi- cal billing service She enjoyed traveling, camping, charities, Seahawks games, fishing, playing in the water and reading books Surviving are husband Jamie Dickey and children Tatum and Taylor Dickey of Shelton; parents Harold and Nola DeVet of Clacka- mas; brother J effrey DeVet and wife Julie of Portland; niece and nephew Hailey and Cameron DeVet of Port- land; and nephew Aaron Boothe of Shelton, Also surviving are maternal grandmother Neva E.
