Permanent Employees:
Again this year, the timber office was at the head of the list in
personnel changes. In January, Dennis Dietrich arrived from the
Estacada Ranger District on the Mt. Hood National Forest to assume
his duties as Timber Management Assistant. Lynn Christensen was
on the district during winter quarter as a co-op student. She
returned to the University of Washington for spring quarter, and
came back to the district on a permanent basis after graduating
in June.
Janet DeRoco returned to the district in February, as a forestry
technician, after several months of working as a clerk/typist in
the Supervisor's Office. In March, Dave McCann accepted a position

In July, Dixie LeBlanc resigned
