structure was actually built early in that year, or late in the previous year.
The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Thomas
Mitchell
Other Comments: The name in the tax books in 1910 was illegible, but was probably Thomas Mitchell,
who owned all the houses in this area. He used all these little houses as rentals.
Plague Status: El Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no charge.
You will be notified when plague is ready. It could take 4 to 6 months.
