Hi Barbara.
According to the tax records and the Sanborn map for 1926, the structure at 714 19th was not yet built as
of 1926. Although in looking at the structure, it was probably built soon aftenvards.
The tax records list the parcel as being owned by Del Monte Properties (in the name of Frank Freels) in
1926 with no assessment on the improvement, which means that there was no structure as of March 1926.
The 1926 Sanborn map (attached) was done in June and no structure is shown at that time.
