Our maps and tax records show that the above structure was built in 1907
and the first owner of record was Thomas Mitchell
Other comments: Thomas Mitchell lived at 214 9th Street when he bought the empty lots (15,17
19) across the street. In 1907 he built three houses on those lots:
348 & 352 Laurel and 215 9th. He sold 352 Laurel in 1908 and he sold 215 9th
in 1910. He kept 348 Laurel as a rental unit.
Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no
charge. You will be notified when plague is ready(4 to 6 months).
