Dear Kim,
Unfortunately we have no photos of your house. You may want to check with Pat Hathaway of
California Views in Monterey. He may have a photo of the street showing the front of your house.
Enclosed please find a copy of the 1905 and 1914 Sanborn insurance maps as well as the tax
assessor information as of 1926 and a page from the 1907 City Directory. The 1905 map shows a
tent frame where your house is located. The house shown on the 1914 map was built in 1907. As
you can see on the map, the shape ofthe house appears unchanged from that time. I suspect (hope)
if your just remove the brown siding, you will find the original house intact.
