She was born Rab. 21, 1943, in An tioch, Calif., to Leah Rae ('l‘illotson) Ravizza and Frank Seend. She graduated from Pacifica High School in Pittsburg, Califi, in 1960. She married Charles R. Abitz on July 19, 1960, in Reno, Nev. Mrs. Abitz worked for 18 years for Washington state Employment Se~ curity.
