Olympia.
She was born Oct. 13,
1925, to Joe and Verna
(Tradup) Dubbels in Sta-
ples, Minn. \
She married Jim Jeffery
in Shelton. She was previ-
ously married to Adlai Hei-
nis. He died in 1988.
Monna taught in a one-
room schoolhouse (first
through eighth grade) in
Wadena, Minn., in the
19405. She was a home-
maker after that.
She was a member of
the Mt. Olive Lutheran
Church in Shelton, South-
side Homemakers’ Club
in Shelton and a member
of the World Mark (time-
share camping). She was
also a 4-H leader. Monna
enjoyed her home, travel-
ing, working hard and
reading.
She is survived by sons
Jeffrey A. Heinis of Shel-
ton and Mark E. Heinis
(Ginger) of Sandpoint, Ida—
ho; brothers Warren Dub—
bels of Henning, Minn.,
and Joe Dubbels of Lin-
coln, Minn; sister Donna
Thiel of Staples, Minn.;
grandchildren Ian, Clin-
ton, Andrew and Melissa
Heinis; and great—grand-
children Laila and Tatiana
Suarez.
She was preceded in
death by parents Joe and
Verna Dubbels, and Sisters
Alair and Brenalda:
A graveside serv1ce took
place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday,
Jan. 22, at Shelton Memo-
rial Park. .
