Today, Four Sisters Inns remain a family business, with Shelley Post Claudel as president. Roger Post continues to evaluate future direction for the company. They are sepported by an office staff, and some 300 talented and dedicated individuals in the inns. Though no longer directly involved, sisters Jennifer Post (a real estate agent in San Francisco), Kim Post Watson (busy with her children and husband in San Francisco) and Stefanie Post Pollard (enjoying her little boy and husband in Los Angeles) are frequent "guests." Through more than 20 years ofinnkeeping, the Post family has remained attentive-and responsive-to their guests' needs and ideas. The addition of canopy beds at the Gosby House Inn and White Swan Inn, for example, came as a result ofguests' requests; new spa tubs and fireplaces at the Maison Fleurie were also triggered by customer suggestions. Homemade cookies - ready and waiting for visitors from the beginning - - are a fixture at each of the Four Sisters Inns. Guests requests for the cookie recipes, as well as those for sister Shelley's chocolate desserts and many recipes developed by their inns' chefs, eventually led to the publishing ofthe popular Four Sisters Inns cookbook. "We have always anticipated our guests' needs, and constantly ask how we might do even better," says Four Sisters Inns president Shelley Claudel. "That is really the root of our company's success." ### 1• -A , OCR Text: Today, Four Sisters Inns remain a family business, with Shelley Post Claudel as president.
