Daisy F. Kadoun of Shelton
died October 24 at the Fir Lance
Terrace Convalescent Center.
Mrs. Kadoun was born in
Brighton, England, where she at-
tended school, She moved to Buf-
falo, New York, with her parents.
She went to work for a medical
clinic there and later was asked
to transfer to a clinic in Long
Beach, California.
During World War 11 she went
to work for a parachute design

ried Leonard F. Kadoun, her hus~
band of 51 years.
Mrs. Kadoun loved birds and
flowers, especially rosesl She also
loved fishing. She made the eve~
ning news programs of all three
major television networks with
the trophy Corvina fish she
caught at Salton Sea, California.
She held the record for seven
years.
She was an excellent cook and
homemaker. She lived in Shelton
for 18 years.
She was preceded in death by a
brother and sister.
Survivors include her husband,
Leonard F. Kadoun of Shelton;
her sister, Dorothy Macey of Dor-
set, England; four nieces, Patricia
D, Alexander of Dorset, England,
Denise M. Gillam of London, Eng-
land, Joan Toolen of Depew, New
York, and Mary Michalski of
Hamburg, New York; and her
nephew, Bernie Murphy of Cali-
fornia.
A private family graveside ser-
vice will be held.
Interment is in Shelton Memo-
