This material covers all Snohomish County logging railroads I
could find in an incomplete set of Lima Locomotive Works service
department cards. While dealing mainly with Lima built Shay locomotives
some information on engines of other makes was include. The dates are
those of letters or reports filed with Lima and should not be taken as
absolute. Where only a construction number (C/N) is shown the locomotive
is a Lima Shay. Abbreviations: Mgr=Manager Supt=Superintendent
MM=Master Mechanic
