Ada M. (Hyasman) LeClair of
Shelton died in town on February
29. She was 61.
Mrs LeClair was born in Aber~
deen on November 19, 1930 to
Harvey and Lucille (Miller) Hyas-
man. She was raised by her grand-
mother since she was six months
old. She was a member of the Qui—
nault Indian Tribe and the Indian
Shaker Church on the Skokomish
Indian Reservation. She was mar-
ried to Adam LeClair in Mason
County on July 10, 1959.
She was preceded in death by
her two sons, Glenn and Dale
LeClairi Survivors include her
husband, Adam LeClair of Shel-
ton; her sons, Pat LeClair, Tim
LeClair and Darryl LeClair, all of
Shelton; her daughters, Rhea Lew-
is, Patti LeClair and Donna Leclair
and Corrine Solm, also all ofShel-
ton; her sisters, Catherine Cooper
of Oakville and Dolly Etta Come-
onout ofTacoma; and 14 grandchil-
dren, five great-grandchildren and
numerous nieces and nephews.
A candlelight service was held
on March at the Shaker Church
on the Skokomish Reservation.
Lewis “Mike" Davis officiated at
funeral services held March 4 at
the Indian Shaker Church, Burial
was in Shelton Memorial Park
Arrangements were by McComb
and Batstone Funeral Home.
